How did you participate?

For the most part, I just kept on doing what I usually do - power zone training that entails 5 training rides a week and two "off" days where I'll do a low-impact ride. The first weekend of this event just happened to coincide with another virtual event, Pelofondo, which led to me racking up quite a few miles at first.

How did you participate?

I am a Peloton fanatic, and this challenge helped motivate me to consistently start my day with a workout. Whether it was strength training or spinning, I kicked off my day with 30 minutes of physical activity and then added in walks, yoga, etc. throughout the day.

How does your work at Doximity help connect healthcare professionals to make them more productive?

As the Director of Professional Services within the Telehealth team, I work with hospitals to help integrate Dialer video and audio into their workflows.
